This exceptional quality organic extra virgin olive oil is made from a blend of native olives from Camatsos family olive groves in Lesvos, Greece. The olives are hand-picked prior to milling and the oil is strictly obtained by cold-pressing methods. This extra virgin olive oil was bottled at 0.3% acidity.
 
We highly recommend using this olive oil strictly as a finishing oil. Heat can damage the complex aromas and flavors in the oil. Enjoy at room temperature or lightly warmed to experience the unique flavors imparted from our centuries-old olive trees.
